About the Charity

We are Diabetes UK and our mission is to tackle diabetes, day in and day out, until it can do no harm. With more people than ever living with diabetes and millions more at risk of developing Type 2, our work has never been more needed.

But there’s so much more to do – and you can be part of it.

Summary of role

The Digital Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of Diabetes UK's new website, ensuring the successful planning, coordination and delivery of the site that enhances Diabetes UK as the primary UK source of trusted diabetes content and services.

In this critical role, you will work closely with the Website Product Lead and strategic digital agency partners and colleagues across the charity to plan and deliver a website that will enable us to transform our reach, and so help us give information and support to more people and to raise more money.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering digital products that are laser-focussed on what audiences and organisations need. You want to use your brilliant experience in delivery to work at a friendly, ambitious organisation that is embarking on an exciting website transformation.

You’re highly skilled at working matrix-style across teams to delivery excellent digital experiences for users. You are adept in understanding business needs and communicating them in a human way to technical and non-technical audiences alike. You can run daily sprints with small, expert teams but know how to blend pragmatism with process to keep momentum and focus on the objectives.
