Contract: Permanent Part-time

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Location: London with hybrid working. We ask colleagues to spend at least one day a week in the office, with more time in person  when this supports effective collaboration or the needs of the Charity.

Salary:  £13,468 - £14,031 (£26,936 - £28,062 FTE)

About the Charity

We are Diabetes UK and our mission is to tackle diabetes, day in and day out, until it can do no harm. With more people than ever living with diabetes and millions more at risk of developing Type 2, our work has never been more needed.

Summary of role

The Southeast Coast and London team provides a crucial link between Diabetes UK and the community.   We work to improve outcomes and access to diabetes care, empower people to live better and more confident lives with diabetes and engage with diverse communities across the region to provide support and information.

The Regional Support Officer ensures the efficient operation of the regional team, supporting day to day administration and related internal and external services.  You will also be the first point of contact in the region and will provide excellent customer care in providing support and information for people living with, and affected by diabetes.
