Location: Wolverhampton with hybrid working.

We ask colleagues to spend at least one day a week in the office, with more time in person  when this supports effective collaboration or the needs of the Charity.

Salary: £30,804 - £34,227

We are Diabetes UK and our mission is to tackle diabetes, day in and day out, until it can do no harm. With more people than ever living with diabetes and millions more at risk of developing Type 2, our work has never been more needed.

Summary of role

Are you passionate about making a real difference? 

We have an exciting opportunity for a youth coordinator as part of the Together Type 1 programme. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the Together Type 1 programme within the Midlands & East at Diabetes UK. 

We’re looking for someone who can work alongside young people and healthcare professionals to design and deliver a programme which helps young people living with type 1 diabetes live successful and confident lives. Also, to develop a network of Young Leader volunteers to shape and deliver planned initiatives as a fundamental part of the Together Type 1 programme.

Please note that you will be expected to travel regularly throughout the Midlands and East of England region.
