Creative Services Manager - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Job Introduction

As our Creative Services Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious and exciting plans for growth in 2024. You will manage all outsourced work, taking the lead on building and the stewardship of our creative roster of freelancers and agencies. Who will work alongside our talented multi-disciplinary in-house team to create work that has impact and helps us achieve our ambitious goals. Working with colleagues across the charity, you will provide expert guidance and support for the successful and smooth delivery of outsourced and self-service system projects.

Championing our brand and our processes, you’ll be central to ensuring all outsourced work is of a consistently high standard so that people living with or at risk of diabetes feel supported, heard and inspired to engage with us.

Role Responsibility

This role sits at the heart of the Brand and Creative team. It is central to the delivery of outsourced projects and management of outsourcing creative work across the charity, through external suppliers and our self-service systems and templates.

You will create and oversee a comprehensive, high-quality roster of creative freelancers and agencies for use across the charity. You will build effective working relationships with them so we can trust them to add value, save us time and money and deliver great creative.

You will support the delivery of outsourced projects through project coordination and reviewing briefs, overseeing the creative team’s workflow, championing the Marcomms processes and monitoring the creative team’s capacity.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone excited by the opportunity to shape a new role pivotal to the charity’s ambitious plans. You will have a deep understanding of what makes creatives tick and how to help them create their best work and bring our cause to life creatively.

You will have exceptional project management skills, have multi-tasking down to a fine art and be a real self-starter. You will be driven to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to positively impact efficiency and relationships.

You will thrive in a busy, creative environment, showing a positive, calm and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in when there is a problem to be solved. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be proactive and confident in building and nurturing internal and external relationships.

Package Description
