Content Producer

Job Introduction

The role involves project managing the delivery of print and online content and publications, producing regular reports and analysis on content performance and providing a clear narratives for colleagues on the impact of content and where improvements might be needed.

The role ensures that our content is delivering our breakthroughs and responding to the needs of users, supports forward planning and prioritises content that has strategic impact, provides expertise and guidance on content best practice to colleagues, helps produce engaging story content from supporters and supports the Publications Manager with planning and delivering content training across the organisation.

Role Responsibility

 

Reporting to the Content Manager, the successful postholder will work with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accessible content in a range of formats including digital, print and video. The role involves providing expertise and guidance on content best practice to colleagues across the organisation, using customer insights and data to measure and improve the reach and engagement of our content and champion user involvement and aim to work with target audiences to maximise the effectiveness and relevance of our content.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a skilled Content Producer to join us in this exciting role, focused on delivering high-quality health and lifestyle content across a range of formats and channels.

You will be responsible for multiple content areas at any one time, and so will use your excellent project management, writing and editing skills to deliver content on time and to budget, while building strong relationships with subject matter experts across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about health content creation to join a friendly team, in an extremely supportive working environment.

 

A team player, supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as and when required who is committed to making the views and needs of our target audiences heard and using them to shape and inform content.
