Content Producer - Membership

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a talented Content Producer to lead in producing excellent online and offline content for our existing and potential members, bringing them the latest news and information on the issues and topics that they care about most.

Role Responsibility

Working closely with our Membership Team, the Content Producer – Membership is responsible for helping us build and maintain an excellent membership experience. You’ll use audience insights to plan, produce and evaluate high-quality content for our print and digital platforms. Using great storytelling and content design skills, you will create excellent customer journeys and improve membership acquisition and retention.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an excellent writer and editor, with meticulous attention to detail, and who is able to use data and insight to inform their decision making. You’ll be up-to-date on the latest developments in content, digital and publishing, and have a solid working knowledge of best practice, including content delivery standards and usability. Exceptionally organised with excellent time management, our ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, quickly learning to navigate the organisation’s teams, policies and procedures.
