Campaign Manager (6 month FTC)
Job Introduction
At Diabetes UK we’re committed to understanding our customers (service users or supporters) better so we can offer the right content, information and support to best meet their needs. A key part of this is respecting and taking care of people’s personal data.
To support our work in this area we are looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager to join us on a fixed term basis (6 months) to take the lead on developing, delivering and evaluating a new consent capture campaign in relation to Special Category Data collection.
Interviews: w/c 15 November 2021.
Any face to face interviews will be taking place at Wells Lawrence House, London
Role Responsibility
Working within the Strategic Marketing team, but with close links to Information Governance and wider teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a direct marketing campaign using data to inform the best approach to maximising responses.
You’ll take the lead on the campaign from end to end, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a range of tailored communications to supporters using the most appropriate channels for a successful outcome. You’ll use insight and data to guide decision making and take a flexible ‘test and learn’ approach to ensure we’re reaching our customers effectively at every stage of the campaign. You’ll keep stakeholders informed throughout the campaign and deliver a full evaluation and set of learnings on completion.
The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone with previous experience of individual giving, campaigning or consent campaigns in a fundraising environment. You’ll have a good understanding of data compliance and optimisation and be comfortable working with – and understanding - large volumes of data and using this as the basis for decision making. You’ll ideally have experience of developing and delivering direct marketing campaigns across channels and managing data to segment audiences and tailor your approach. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships across the organisation to drive this critical work forward.
If you love data, have experience in delivering direct marketing campaigns and are committed to taking care of people’s personal data, this is the role for you!
