Senior Insight and Analysis Manager - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our approach to Insight and Analysis at Diabetes UK. This role is key in the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate and has a significant impact on the work we do and how we engage with our customers. This role will ensure that we use insight and analysis fully to help shape decisions and investments, helping us deliver our organisational outcomes.

Role Responsibility

Leading a team of specialist data professionals, you will help us transform how we use insight and analysis at Diabetes UK. From gathering insights to help us understand our customers better, to evaluating engagement, you will help us embed insight in everything we do. Working to support the delivery of our Data Strategy, you will help us maximise our insight, as well as ensuring we are reach more of our target audiences and that they have an excellent experience with us. 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior Insight and Analysis Manager with a strong understanding of data and how this can help us build relationships with our customers. Experience of embedding an insight led approach to marketing activities is essential. You will have experience of managing experts within database marketing or insight activities and will be passionate and enthusiastic about the role that Data can play in helping us meet our aims as a charity.
