Senior Campaigns and Mobilisation Officer

Job Introduction

The Senior Campaigns and Mobilisation Officer role is a crucial position within the busy Policy, Campaigns and Mobilisation team. The role will help us to deliver on our mission to end the harm from diabetes, by planning and delivering impactful and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating our campaigning work, developing engaging materials and involving more supporters in our campaigns.

This means that you can balance your working time between home and the office, subject to the needs of your role of course.  We do not dictate the number of days you have to attend the office.

Role Responsibility

This will be a fast-paced and varied role, which involves using a Theory of Change approach to plan and deliver powerful and innovative campaigns in collaboration with others across the Policy, Campaigns and Mobilisation team, Brand and Creative team and Marketing teams. You will identify campaigning opportunities and develop campaigns that engage supporters and key external stakeholders. You will also lead on evaluating our campaigns and monitoring our impact.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about using campaigning to bring about change for everyone affected by diabetes. You will have a thorough understanding of campaigning tactics and a creative approach to developing new campaigns. You will have experience of using a Theory of Change approach to plan campaigns and of managing and evaluating projects.
