Senior Business Analyst - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help us improve our existing processes/systems and design new ways of working that sets us up to deliver our Customer Engagement and Experience goals. Working closely with our IT teams, you will implement change and new ways of working together across departments, helping us become more effective as an organisation and as a result, increasing fundraising income and supporting more people with, and at risk of diabetes.

Role Responsibility

In this role, you will work in our Engagement and Fundraising directorate, leading on technical and process development of key projects, reviewing, and providing recommendations for change. Working with key stakeholders in IT, you will also help us improve our delivery of technical projects and support the introduction of a new “Service Desk” to help us fix and rectify issues and incidents in line with our goals of an Excellent Customer Experience. 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with significant experience in utilising business analysis techniques or process improvement techniques. You will be able to support teams to understand existing processes and make recommendations for improvements, as well as creating processes for new projects. Key to this role is your ability to engage and support colleagues with their activities as well as influencing to drive change. You will be able to confidently work across multiple teams, influencing and driving change from within.
