Selections Analyst - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Job Introduction

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Selections Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. At a time when we are building and launching new data systems, this role is crucial in supporting the transition to the new systems for our database marketing activities. You will use your skills to help teams understand the changes and support them to find the right people and communicate the right message at the right time.

As a knowledgeable Selections Analyst you will be able to join up data insight and your own intuition and knowledge to deliver data selections that drive customer engagement and experience. Your work will support the organisations vision - To create a world where Diabetes can do no harm.

Role Responsibility

As a Database Marketing Selections Analyst, you will manage a wide variety of data selections to segment and extract data, while applying the correct suppressions, ensuring that we offer the best experience to our customers and drive engagement, compliantly.

The role will work with teams across the organisation, creating strong working relationships and identifying areas of improvement within current and future selections. You will support the development of selections and demonstrate how new insight and data techniques can improve our marketing.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive mind and a drive to enhance customer communications and experience through effective database marketing. You’ll have a passion for interrogating data and using it to drive engagement.

Your analytical and strong communication skills with enable you to collaborate with a range of teams, and together come up with more targeted selections and database marketing plans. You will be confident in challenging perceptions where appropriate, focussing on what the data shows, to deliver quality over quantity.

You will have experience running data selections, ensuing their accuracy, troubleshooting issues and you will have knowledge of data governance and compliance.
