Regional Support Officer - London

Job Introduction

The role of London Regional Support Officer is key to the smooth running of the region. Working across a small and busy team this role is the first point of call for any enquiries.  Working with the London Regional team you will provide administrative support as we engage with many communities, organisations, Health Care Professional across London to deliver on our five-year strategy ‘A generation to end the harm’.

Role Responsibility

As Regional Support Officer for London you will be the first point of contact in the region for enquiries from the general public and external organisations. This is largely an administrative role which supports the rest of the team with conferences, and other face-to-face awareness events from planning, coordination and delivery. You will be required to use a variety of platforms and tools to deliver on-line events which will continue to be a large part of what we do. You will also maintain financial records and management systems.  

The Ideal Candidate

You will be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be self-motivated and able to deliver excellent customer focused outcomes. You will enjoy working in a small team. You will be competent in using databases and financial management systems to record activity and spend. You will be able to have flexibility to enable some evening and occasional weekend working.
