Nutritionist

Job Introduction

The care team is seeking a qualified nutritionist to be an integral part of the charity. Helping to oversee our general healthy eating information, supporting the teams work in preventing type 2 diabetes and developing content for our publications

Role Responsibility

You will support our specialist dietitians whilst working independently to ensure accuracy of general healthy eating content. Overseeing all general nutrition education within the charity you will build on your evidence based knowledge and our specialist nutrition guidance to keep accuracy at the forefront of our work. You will be using recipe databases to analyse nutritional information and update where needed.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a graduate of human nutrition, or equivalent and have a sound evidence based knowledge. Work as part of a team that values input from all. Provide nutritional leadership when working with other teams. You will have knowledge of healthy eating relating to all types of diabetes. You will have experience of working with recipe analysis tools.
