With the number of people living with and at risk of diabetes growing every day, our work has never felt more needed, or relevant. Our ambitious Marketing and communications teams are central to helping us reach more people than ever to achieve our vision of a world where diabetes can do no harm – engaging millions of people every year through our TV, radio, print and digital communications.

The Strategic Marketing team is responsible for developing a coherent approach to marketing across Diabetes UK that allows us to reach, engage, and support more people living with, or at risk of, diabetes. That’s why we’re looking for two brilliant Marketing Managers to join our team and help us deliver maximum impact through our campaigns.

Role Responsibility

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for delivering creative and impactful marketing campaigns in support of our growing fundraising portfolio, or in support of our campaigning and services.

We have an exciting year ahead as we embark on a new strategy to grow our income, which will help us deliver our ambitious plans to support more people affected by diabetes and fund our life-changing research.

Working within the Marketing & Communications department, you’ll work closely with other teams around the organisation to help raise income and drive change for people living with, affected by, and at risk of diabetes, through the delivery of innovative, multichannel acquisition campaigns, across a diverse range of owned, earned and paid channels.

You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including agencies and freelancers) and be responsible for leading comms delivery teams to ensure we reach, engage, and build meaningful long-term relationships with our supporters, championing an insight-driven, audience-led approach to our marketing.

The Ideal Candidate

This is the perfect role for a confident, resourceful strategic thinker, passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns to drive change and grow income. You’ll be a skilled communicator, excellent at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and experienced in delivering impactful, multichannel marketing campaigns.
