Insight Analyst

Job Introduction

A key driver within our charity’s strategy is that we will be insight-driven as we strive to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. As our Insight Analyst, your role will be to provide analysis and develop reports to promote insight-led marketing. Also, where possible, recommending improvements to increase campaign responsiveness to help us to reach the right customers, maximising engagement.

Role Responsibility

As an Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for working with teams from across the charity to increase understanding of customer data and produce meaningful, actionable insight, delivering to schedule while improving the performance of campaigns. You will identify new ways to test being customer-centred and provide recommendations, to improve what we do and reach more of our target audiences.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive individual that can demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse, interpret results and draw conclusions. Ideally being competent using SQL, Power BI, Faststats and statistical techniques to deliver high quality analysis. You will combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills and be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience internally.
