Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our People and Organisational Team for a HR Manager role. This is a critical role in the HR team. You will act as a trusted partner to the charity, and will be responsible for providing operational support to our colleagues and managers across the charity.

Role Responsibility
The successful candidate will work directly with the Head of HR to lead on the day-to-day HR operations. This role is a general role, and you will cover all HR core functions including recruitment, payroll, pay and benefits, employee relations and employee development. You will deliver an efficient, accurate and effective service to line managers and employees, ensuring that queries are dealt with quickly and accurately, liaising with line managers on people related matters.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previously worked in a similar level role and have experience in providing strong operational HR support.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to positively challenge, influence and coach managers whilst providing a supporting service outcome.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
