Health Systems Consultant
Job Introduction
We have made good progress in improving the quality and standards of diabetes care in recent years. But much more needs to be done. As a Health Systems Consultant in our Health Systems Change team, you’ll play a vital role in helping the NHS across the UK unlock its potential for improving diabetes care. We work with extraordinary people in the NHS and supporting them has never been more important.

Role Responsibility
You will improve outcomes in diabetes care by delivering high-impact programmes, coaching and facilitation to build the improvement capacity and skills of individuals, teams, organisations and whole systems in the NHS. You will inspire and support those working to improve diabetes care, drawing on a range of methods and approaches to help build their confidence, competence and energy to create meaningful change. You will help shape a culture of high-performance and operational excellence across our portfolio of improvement programmes.
