Digital Experience Executive

Job Introduction

The post of Digital Experience Executive sits within the Content Team, whose remit is to strengthen and maintain our position as the trusted source of information for anyone living with, affected by and at risk of diabetes.

Role Responsibility

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content or digital professional to work in a fast-paced team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the Diabetes UK website is user-led, SEO optimised and that the content that sits within it is best in class. This unique and varied role will see you project managing website developments one day and writing and editing engaging copy the next. You’ll become an expert in our content management system and pride yourself in providing the best possible experience for our users.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who will champion digital content creation across the organisation. You will have the skills and technical knowledge to conceive and develop content in-house, as well as experience of managing digital development agencies. You will bring with you a strong understanding of digital communications, content strategy and knowledge of the latest creative and digital trends and SEO. You will also provide support and guidance to teams producing content around the organisation, leading by example and sharing best practice in line with the Diabetes UK governance framework. You’ll need to be organised, creative and confident. And with a high level of attention to detail, nothing will escape your eagle eye.
