Digital Analyst

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit a Digital Analyst, who will help us champion and develop evidence based decision making, enabling us to maximise our digital opportunities and add value to our engagement activities.  
This key role in the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate will help us develop and optimise our digital presence. You will drive our digital analytics, allowing us to shape, test and grow what we do in the digital space. Supported by a wider team of insight analysts, we will use the insights gathered to help us drive engagement across both digital and non-digital activity.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about the role data and insight can play in driving improvement and innovation, who embraces and champions change, and who can balance reactive demands with working towards a long term vision.

Role Responsibility

From Google Analytics, to testing new digital engagement activities, you will embed insight in everything we do. Working to support the delivery of our Data Strategy, you will enable us maximise our digital insight, as well as ensuring we are reach more of our target audiences and that they have an excellent experience with us. 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated individual with demonstrable experience of digital analysis and experience of generating actionable insight to help shape future activities. You will have experience of reporting on digital activities and influencing others to set KPIs and measures of success. We want someone who will be excited about the opportunity around maximising our digital presence and able to work across the organisation to influence and build on our new strategy.
