Role Responsibility
Content Marketing Manager is an exciting new role within the busy Content and News Team, focusing on managing, creating and distributing engaging and informative content about type 2 diabetes remission as part of a new Remission Information and Support Service. Working closely with the Remission Steering Group, you will be responsible for:
- creating and maintaining core information messaging around remission, keeping it up to date alongside external trends and research developments
- revising, producing and commissioning multi-channel content about type 2 diabetes remission that is engaging, informative and insight-driven, with audiences at its heart
- working with channel and product owners to distribute this content to grow reach and take service users on seamless customer journeys to achieve real impact
- measuring and reporting on comms performance metrics, providing a clear narrative for the Remission Steering Group and recommendations for improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
This is the perfect role for a skilled content creator with a strong marketing and communications background – ideally with experience in health or educational content.
You’ll be able to harness the power of great storytelling with great writing, but you won’t just be working with words – you’ll use data and insight to inform content formats and channels across a range of different mediums including print, digital, video and audio. You’ll be passionate about putting audiences at the forefront of our communications and champion user involvement across all stages of the content lifecycle.
You’ll have significant experience developing, delivering and evaluating multi-channel content marketing campaigns and will love the challenge of crafting intuitive user journeys with the goal of informing and supporting someone with type 2 diabetes to reach remission.
