The Community Fundraising Manager is a pivotal role within our Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, responsible for engaging new and existing community supporters and providing amazing experiences that build loyalty and create long term value for the organisation.

Role Responsibility
Leading a small team of talented fundraisers, you will be responsible for overseeing the fundraising activity in a defined area of the UK and supporting the Senior Management Team to deliver the national Community Fundraising Strategy. You will manage your own patch, as well as supporting a team of regionally based fundraisers to increase our supporter base.
Demonstrating your excellent fundraising experience, you’ll forge collaborative relationships to raise awareness of the charity’s work, aims and goals. You’ll focus on creating amazing experiences for individuals, corporates and community organisations, building loyalty and lifetime value for the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be able to develop and implement regional acquisition plans across your regions, supporting your team to build relationships that will achieve sustainable growth. You are organised and can demonstrate managing high performing activity through others across multiple workstreams, with a clear focus on optimising and improving delivery at every opportunity.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, with stacks of emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills. You will thrive when working in partnership and building community relationships, and lead your team by example when it comes to providing an unparalleled supporter experience.
