CRM Analyst
Job Introduction
This is an exciting and transformative time for the Information Systems Team at Diabetes UK. We have embarked on a major change to our Data Processing systems and are transitioning to a new CRM platform. As the tech support for Business Analysts mapping existing and new tech processes, the CRM Analyst will be supporting driving through change projects, releasing process enhancements in ITIL framework, building ETL solutions and manage Business As Usual services. To support you in this role Diabetes UK will provide a training framework for soft skills and IT Systems including Microsoft certifications on the Azure platform

Role Responsibility
- You’ll be managing escalated incident tickets – proactively resolving where appropriate or escalating to Change Requests/Project initiations
- Support IT Team transition to Dynamics CRM
- Develop/maintain data import processes, engaging with stakeholders, capturing and testing their requirements
- Cover IT BAU tasks and adhoc resolutions of Service requests
Maintain Documentation for all Business As Usual procedures and processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning new IT Systems and supporting non-technical colleagues on IT best practice with databases and supplemental applications
- Demonstrable experience documenting processes, procedures and systems
- 3 year minimum technical working experience supporting Marketing departments
- Working experience in NFP Sector
- Experience managing support request on a Service Desk/Ticketing system – Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Kanban boards in Agile environment
- Demonstrable experience with ETL applications: SSIS, Talend, Importomatic
- Working Experience Data management in CRM and data processing applications, Raiser’s Edge, CareNG, Salesforce etc..
- Intermediate TSQL, MS SQL Server knowledge and experience – stored procedures, Functions, aggregations
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
