Business Analyst
Job Introduction
We are looking for a Business Analyst with an analytical mind and proven technical and stakeholder management skills.
The suitable candidate would be the conduit between the business and the development team. They will achieve this through seamless communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and through building relationships with the business – they will ensure business needs are well understood and documented.

Role Responsibility
The business analyst will be an integral part of the project team, they will ensure requirements are elicited from users and senior stakeholders using a variety of requirement gathering techniques and document these requirements ensuring requirements are SMART.
They will also work closely with stakeholders to create ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes and support the documentation, analysis, design, development and testing of solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal person for this role will be a creative and innovative thinker with a Business, IT (or related) degree and have demonstrable Business Analysis experience in a corporate environment.
They will be able to breakdown and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and will have significant technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies.
